Quickie today:
I've called the National League the Quadruple-A for a while now (before Bill Simmons did, I swear!), as the senior league just hasn't been nearly as good as the AL over the past few years.
I don't think that's the case anymore and I expect it to be clear this weekend as interleague play starts up. Too many great young players have come up in the NL and produced over the past two years, too many good pitchers (led by Johan Santana) have switched leagues.
